Short Term Weight Loss.Quick?
Filed Under Weight Loss Help | 2 Comments
I’m trying to join the military and am about 6 lbs off my mark to get it. I’m weighing in Friday. I know the quick weight losses are not healthy nor permanent. And that’s ok. I don’t want to do permanent damage, but shed these pounds for a total of 48 hours for my weigh in. I won’t be shipping to boot camp then so it’s ok if the method zaps my energy for the time being. I’ve been exercising 3x a day elliptical and running mostly; eating very healthy with minimal carbs, and slim-fasting for breakfast with fruit. I’ve shed off a little over 20 lbs this way, it’s now crunch time and these 6lbs just aren’t falling off. If I can get my waist line to trim up then I could make the percent body fat taping instead. Please be specific as possible. I’ve heard of Prep-H on love handles for tightening the waist, and water pills for over all weight, as well as laxatives. I’m down for any of those, but when do I do the lax. I don’t want to be running to the bathroom every 10 minutes at my inspection. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I am in a biggest loser contest and I want to cheat without actually cheating or breaking any of the rules. On my last week, I want to do WHATEVER is necessary to lose as much weight as possible to win!! (We’re talking almost $2K on the line here) I am actually a very healthy person and would normally never do this, but I am very competitive and I MUST win. So anyway, obviously, I don’t have an eating disorder so I won’t continue anything drastic, I just need it for 1-7days or however long it takes (my weigh-in’s are on Wednesday). ANY ideas you all have in mind (body wraps, liquid cleanser drinks, etc.) that DON’T include barfing or starving please let me know. AGAIN – nothing I plan to do more than once – just to win the contest!!!!!
I guess I should be more specific. I am at a very healthy weight, but could lose more. I eat good and exercise good, so weight loss is not a problem for me. I’ve actually been doing well, I just need to do REALLY well this last week to win.

Quick weight loss ideas?

Don’t tell me ‘you can’t loss weight fast’
Or list off drugs that cost over 5$ that might burn fat
Give me natural things that burn fat/calories.

Hey all, I’m 14, and not really fat but would like to loose a little weight, mainly because I oftn struggle at sports, ect. at School compared to other people. (I’m exactly 6ft and 80kg).
All of the weight loss methods I have seen so far on the internet have all been buy this, and this, and this, and then this, any you’ll become super slim! And that just seems stupid to me (and I dont have the money).
So basically, i’m looking for any advice people can offer on a manageable weight loss solution. I don’t requisr anything specific, just any advice people can offer. Thanks all for your help
Janet
