I used to play tennis twice a week and soccer on saturdays, but i had to stop because it was getting in the way of things. Now i put on some weight, and I can’t go back to my regular schedule of tennis and soccer.

My body is a good size, except on my thighs. They are pretty big compared to the rest of my body. It looks stupid and unbalanced. How can I lose weight in my thighs without losing weight anywhere else?

I am trying to lose about 10 -15 pounds. I am exercising, eating more healthy with less calorie intake but I am not losing any weight. So what diet pills/supplements are the most effective in helping me losing weight. I don’t want to take anything unhealthy but I just want some extra help losing a little extra weight.

This winter break, I am planning on making a strong effort to lose weight. For all who are wondering, the break will be 6 weeks long.
Here is what I am planning to do:
-Eat a very reasonable diet.
-Take protein supplements.
-Drink lots of water.
-Ride my bike for an hour or two a day.
-Go to the gym Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and do some anaerobic exercise to build lean muscle.
Would this be unhealthy? I have a feeling I will lose weight rather quickly, but a friend told me that losing weight fast is almost as unhealthy as being overweight in the first place. Is my plan unreasonable?

I started dieting in June. Thus far I have lost 25 pounds. I started losing weight because I’m going to Europe and well I want to look good! It’s been a few weeks and I haven’t shed a pound! I am 5′5 and currently weigh 160. I’d like to lose another 30 pounds. I got another 2 weeks left before my trip, hopefully I can lose a bit more before then. I have been traveling a bit, but have maintained my diet; however, I could work out a bit more. Any suggestions on how I can get out of this slump?

I’m a 20 year old female thats 5′7” 160 lbs. All the fat is around my waist(love handles and tummy). I am planning on taking summer courses in my college for june and july and want to lose 30 lbs then. I have hypothyroid so it is difficult to lose weight but I feel like if I don’t lose it now I will just get bigger. I can’t eat red meat and I want to actually feel full when I eat. I signed up for 14 meals a week. Please give me advice on a good meal and exercise plan for me. Thanks!

I’m 22 and I have cut soda and stoped eating junk. I’m a lot more active now that the weather is good. I haven’t lost a pound. I’m getting marriedn in september and I have a strapless gown and I don’t want to look like a cow. How can I lose weight fast but thats still safe for me?
