   Diabetes is not something to mess with , but then you know that already. This is a good question for your doctor, who knows your case better than anyone on line.

   Go always for natural ways to reduce the weight that will bring life long solution to this.

   I don’tthink that would be a smart idea. Consult your diabetes doctor carefully first. I was always told that was too dangerous and that weight watchers and frequent glucose monitoring was the only safe was to go.

   wat kinda diabetes do you have? If its lifestyle driven from over eating (generally type 2)then yes it prob shud be alright, if its type one then id prob stay away from diet pills.. definatly one for a doctor. Im a personal trainer, and legally im not allowed to answer you,(well i could answer you but then if something bad happens tht gives u the means to sue the pants off me) i would tell you to go see a doctor and get a clearance from him.
   And then theres the fact that diet pills are just garbage!!! Thats a question for your g.p
