its called diet and exercise
do spot jogging….its the best exercise!
Eat small sensible meals exercise are the 2 most popular answers in our society. Take this from someone who has had still does have eating disorders : ask your doctor !!!!!!!! I did so much damage to my body (heart lungs included) and if you trust your doctor, then do it safely. Maybe ask them to refer you to a nutritionalist who will give you a healthy diet w/foods that you actually like. Good luck, chickie !!!!
it is hard to establish good habits but i will tell you that the easiest and safest way is this each meal drink one 8oz water before you eat and while you are eating drink a glass of water and when you are thru eating drink another 8oz water and in not ime the weight will come off and you will keep it off works
Diet and exercise. Cut back on the sweets, carbs (rice, pasta, potatoes), bread. Eat a fruit, vegetible and a meat for each meal at least twice a day. Drink lots of water (64 oz) and at least walk.
