I’m 5’1 and 137 pounds. My goal is to lose 15-20 pounds in by the end of July. I already lost 10 pounds by eating right (low carb, veggies, fruits, only water, grilled food no fast food) but dieting alone isn’t working anymore.

I work and take summer classes so I can’t really workout that much. What is the fastest way to lose weight? Are there certain foods that will help me lose fat? I know I should exercise but I have trouble breathing when I run. Any exercise suggestions would be great! I want to lose weight from my stomach since I’ve lost the pounds from pretty much everywhere else except there.

cut back on processed foods and boost veggies and fruit intake and lots of water, and lots of walking/power walking and running..
You can eat one less meal a day. Try to eat a big breakfast that can carry you through the day…then in the evening you can eat a light soup that fills you up. If you have trouble breathing when running its probably because your breathing the wrong way…breath through your nose and out of your mouth. If that does not work just slow down your pace. GOOD LUCK!
Just keep doing what your doing if what your eating is low in calories…..unless you’ve been stagnate for over a month now, the scale or your body won’t show the results right away, besides your weight flucuates daily depending on what your eating or did eat…..food and water weighs too!
Anything, but sitting on the couch is good exercise. During your free time, try walking or playing a sport with some friends.
