   well i dint try it but my mom did.its great i think.we saw her drop a couple pounds really quick an the fee isnt tht high.most ppl can afford it.but ya they work wonders if you do what your suppose to do

   Don’t put your issues on someone else. Control your diet and exercise. The quickest, cheapest, and most effective way to loose weight.
