    I havent really done the grapefruits diet, but when I wake up first thing in the morning i have 1/2 of a grapefruit, and it’s so good for your body, and the enzyme of it help you burn calories and fat.

    It’s really good, but you have to eat the yucky white skin. That means you can’t spoon out only the red and juicy part

    grapefruit is awesome….just do the grapefruit, morning and lunch….eat a light dinner… then alternate the next day
    eat light breakfast, grapefruit for lunch and maybe dinner or a light dinner…you need to add something solid at least once so that the system has something to digest….

    this is not a nutritious diet and i believe most of the time the weight comes back on. just go for slow and easy results like 1 or 2 pounds. quick and effective = short term results.
