		<description>As a professional in the industry, I would never give a model advice to loose weight in an unhealthy way.....I will give you tips that are to be used in a healthy way though!

-Drink plenty of water (distilled)
-Drink tea (detoxifying tea) it will help cleanse all excess waist internally to avoid bloating and keeping toxins in your system.
-Avoid fast food!
-Avoid high sodium and sugar foods
-Avoid SODA
-Snack on nuts and dry fruit (no bad sweets)
-Eat fruit (small portions)
-Tuna with no mayo is good for you!
-If you eat protein (no red meat,only fish and chicken breast), make sure it&#039;s in small portions and grilled/baked. 
-Work out at least one hour a day five days a week (jogging works wonders)

If you stick to your goal then it will happen in 2 weeks easy!</description>

		<description>I would like to say exercise, if you can do alot of walking on a daily basis and drink plenty of water you will lose weight the healthy way. It is not wise to go on unhealth products. When you eat get the smallest plate and get a tall glass of water and eat a little than drink the water, follow that pattern Also put music on and dance at least 30 minute twice a day. I have been there and have lost weight.</description>
