		<description>Everyone loses weight all over.  You cannot target one area.  To lose weight you need to eat a sensible diet and do lots of aerobic exercise.  Then the best thing I can recommend is to start a weight training program and develop muscle all over, which will improve appearance overall.</description>

		<description>well i think doing sit-ups definitely helps. try to start a number as you&#039;re able to do per day, then gradually increase it more and more till you feel it&#039;s enough..i&#039;m recently doing 2 hundred sit-ups each day besides monday, i dont know what your exact situation of working out so you gotta figure it out by yourself. and also jogging for a little time every day also helps alot.</description>
