if you’re looking for the most effective and safest way to lose weight, i think you need to check out crevax, i’ve been using that for almost a month and it has a very remarkable results.
this looks pretty interesting
You need to exercises more, take a walk every day, do exercises at home or go to the gym.
And ofcourse the most important thing, eating the right food.
Because alcohol contains so many calories you need to cut down on fast food and candy in order to lose weight.
Eat the right amount of calories per day. Men need a minimum of 1,500 to 2,000 calories per day.
Do this, don’t give up and good luck!
Try taking that walk every night, and extend the duration. I lost those last few stubborn pounds without cutting out the beer. Just remember to drink in moderation.
Great tips for you here:
Good Luck
try the Lil Jack workout It works great
This is true advice… i’m a daily drinker and have seen the effects that my drinking has had on my body. Here’s a few pieces of advice!
-Avoid the late night munchies… During college I used to always cruise by Wataburger EVERY night… the belly fat really piled up fast. The rumor is it helps you avoid a hangover… it doesn’t.
-Try to get in just a little bit more cardio. Your body type (metabolism) has a lot to do with how much or how little you need, but every drinker needs to keep their body healthy! I’m sure that you will see positive effects in your body AND the way you feel the morning after a heavy night…
-If you can… replace your beer drinking with hard liquor.
Follow these as well as you can and you WILL see positive effects in your body.
Good luck.
