Walking at a certain speed wherein I feel muscle strain (I can feel the burn!) is very healthy for me, I know. But I want to know how fast I can lose weight by doing this daily and eating a healthy diet full of a balanced amount of pasta, vegetables, meat, and water.
Can I lose five-ten pounds in 5 months or so? Or how long, and how many pounds?

Does water help you lose weight?

    Well, if you walk extremely fast, you will obviously walk 100 meters. The faster you walk, the more weight you will lose.

    But, you have a problem with your question. How much weight do you want to lose? By leaving this information, you would be able to actually get the information you desire.

    Do you really think that we are all psychics? Well, obviously yes.
