    For many years I tried to loose weight , but it is was very difficult for me . I used many programs and diets , but I was not satisfied with result . Until one day when I read about method of Dr Suzanne Gudakunst.
    I found that it is really for me . It is quite simple and easy and I started to loose weight quite fast .

    Hey, I have found that most quick weight loss programs are really a step backward. Yes we’ve all heard how you can but he weight back on, and its true! If you have a month try this.
    Cutting calories (obviously) however you can. Find a BMI/ calorie calculator online and depending on your weight you can figure how much to cut out for weight loss. My weight loss calorie intake is 1200 a day. (never go too low or you will not lose weight, you will be in starvation mode)

    Add supplements- coq10, chromium, calcium (best in natural form ie: yogurt, milk low fat) a good multivitamin, and L carnitine and b vita mins are my faves.

    Try to exercise at least 3 times a week, 45 mins of walking around the neighborhood would do it.

    And the power punch- try colonix. I have never gone to a center but swear by this product. It alone helped me lose 15lbs in a month without any changes. (everyone is different- starting weight is a factor) It cleans out your system so you absorb nutrients better.

    I dont like diet pills, they are dangerous and can make you jittery. Supplements can be just as dangerous so check out labels and research comapanies. Puritan and Sunrider are good ones.

    oh yeah, a quiet cup of green tea with lemon and honey in the am can set your course for the day!
