I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy.

1) What is my goal? I want to lose __kg in __ time.
2) Why do I want to achieve this goal? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons)
3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years?
6) Then when do I want to take action?

Some solutions I can offer you for diet:
Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice
Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs
Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm. Soups are great dinners

If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class...

First, you can live on 900 calories, no doubt...for awhile. 

Consider this...without exercise, a quick fad diet like this will cause excess skin, like those flabby arms of older ladies that wave in the breeze, a stomach apron that hangs down, etc.  Is having that what you really want?  It happens when weight comes off either too quickly or with no exercise to tone them back up.

My suggestion is to find a nice diet that isn&#039;t nearly so strict, exercise frequently, and get a good dose of self-esteem.  You&#039;ll be happier in the long run.</description>

Make sure you take a multivitamin and drink enough water to flush the fat (about 2 liters a day, or 60 oz).  Even though you are young you still should be very careful and make sure you eat enough of what you need.

Erika is sooo right!  Last week I had the stomach bug and did not eat for 2 days.  Result: I only lost one pound that week.

Exercise is an important part of a weight loss.  Walking is the exercise that will burn more fat than any other.

I joined Weight Watchers and I love it.  It provides incentives and psychological support to attain your goals.
