I would like to lose about 20 pounds before Christmas. In the past I have lost 50 pounds slowly with the correct food choices, working out, and the help of my doctor and nutritionist. I do know how to do this the right way…but I am so frustrated I can’t do it. I get easily discouraged when I don’t see results quickly and then I give up.

Get latest info like American Heart Association does not want you to eat more than 6 ounces daily of meat, fish or poultry. I have tried Hydroxycut and lost 15 pounds in 3 1/2 weeks. The pharmacy ran out of that stuff and now I am on TrimSpa. With Hydroxycut though I gained muscle as it enhances what ever muscle you already have.
But that’s if you’re into taking pills. If you’re not a pill popping person, then I recommend that you keep doing what your doing- it’s just takes longer because your body is still trying to break down the stuff that is left behind. Congrats though on losing 50 lbs- that’s great!!!!
Lose it quick and you’ll put it all back on plus more when you forget and start living the same way again. Slow and steady is still about 2 – 3 lbs per week. That is more than enough to reach your goal by XMAS.
1st – cut out sweets, fried foods, white bread, rice + potatoes. 2nd – Drink about 4 bottles of water a day (500ml). 3rd – park a long way away from everything and walk quickly swinging your arms. This alone, if you are used to a sedentary life style, will go a long way toward reaching your goal. Good Luck!
