Quick weight loss for an event?

I will start eating really well and excersize enough after this event but how can I do this(if its possible)….
Please dont write me back how bad it is coz I know!!!

exercise and choose certain foods that are obviously better such as choosing wheat bread over white drink plenty of water and only water because it helps you burn calories and fills you up making you less hungry.
water with lemon juice after meals iono why but i feel like it clears up my stomach. Dont take any more drinks. And when ur thirsty get water right away to get rid of the thirst.
Any more than 1 to 2 pounds a week is unhealthy. Eat fruit and vegetables.
