Catch the flu.
thats a pound a day, if you are talking next week friday. that is quite a bit, not healthy, adn what you do lose wont stay off for long, since you will have to end up losing mostly water weight and starving yourself. If you eat about 2000 calories less each day, and burn off 1500 more, that would just about do it. If you eat normally and exercise much you wont be able to cut or burn that many. good luck though.

Take a day off, Go to a health food, get some Colon Cleaner. Make sure to drink plenty of water, and green tea. That should do it.
Set a more realistic goal, like 170 in 2-3 weeks. That’s your first step.
Your second step is to make an appointment with your doctor. Ask about wieght loss strategies and whether you might have any hormonal problems that could affect your ability to lose weight. For example, if you’re a woman and on birth control, the hormones can make it difficult. Have your thyroid checked. Make sure you’re in good physical condition to begin an exercise program and ask your doctor about the intensity level that is right for your body.
Your third step is to cut out the junk food. Eat healthy, well-balanced, real food (not processed pre-prepared crap) in small portions, drink lots of water, take a multivitamin, and get lots of fiber.
Your fourth step is to begin a moderate workout routine combining aerobic activity 30 mins a day 3-5 times a week and strength training at beginner reps 2-4 times a week.
Continue to follow up with your doctor. Get moral support from friends and family. Join a weight loss support group. Get a workout buddy. Believe in yourself, and find that inner motivation.
