hiya , I know, losing weight or looking like you have over a few days will not keep weight off permanently but does anyone know anything that could shed water weight or fat or anything just for the weeekend…..I’m not overweight at all but would just like to be a bit better as it is a big weekend.thanks xx

    eat healthier excersice a lot like i do 100 20 situps a day and run a mile and a half daily (treadmille) etc

    Workout. Try situps, And run alittle.
    And Eating cabbage soup helps and drinking green tea and lots of water helps if you don’t want to excersize.

    Now whenever it comes to weight loss you should follow these simple steps that have helped me tremendously lose weight, pretty quickly if you ask me. And I’ve been trying to lose weight forever and finally found the correct system to help me out…
