I’m about 13, am 5’3 or 4 and weigh about 100 or more pounds. I need to lose weight by the weekend for my party. It’s really hard for me since I have school and hardly have time for exercise. I need to look amazing for my party. I don’t have the best self-discipline so it’s hard for me to just get outside and exercise. I don’t do the whole cabbage soup thing or exercise for 5 hours a day. Please help me!!

    No TV and No PC,
    Pure Exercise!
    Thats what kids need..
    Get them growing fruit and vegetables like mine.
    They’ll eat healthier too!

    how much do you want to loose?! 54 and 100ish pounds is a healthy weight. you can look amazing without having to try to loose alll this weight. just pick a great outfit and have a great attitude. trying to loose weight will just stress you out. and that cabbage soup diet is a little overboard and not to mention it tastes horrible.

    –Drink more water–
    –Increase your protein intake–
    –Eat Negative calorie food —
    –Eat slowly–
    –Cut down the sugar intake—
    –Do not skip meals–
    –Eat breakfast everyday –
    –Eat smaller, more frequent meals–
