Start working out. Walking is effective. Jogging is good too. If you are able to swim somewhere do it as much as possible. Maybe join a local gym?

stay away from white food! LIke bread mashed potatoes etc. But a friend who is a personal trainer told me the best way to loose weight is to do 35 minutes of hard cardio 5 times a week (no more than that or you break down lean muscle) and 4 days of intense weight training to build up lean muscle which increases your fat burn. Her clients when watching their diets can loose 1-3 pounds a week. Also drink lots of water, it helps you stay full. When I did a diet a couple years ago and lots twenty pounds whenever I felt like eating sweets I would suck on an ice cube, it helped, so good luck! Oh and eat lots of fiber each day!

Drink lots of water to flush your system. Try going vegan for a couple of weeks…eat only fresh fruits and vegetables as well as complex carbs. Eat your vegetables and fruits without added sugar, butter or salt. Also, don’t drink sweet drinks like tea with sugar, lemon aid, koolaid; soda; etc. A lot of calories people take in are in the form of drinks.

There is no good way to lose weight quickly…it tends to come back quickly. However I would suggest spending a week detoxing (using a detox diet). After that manage what you eat: don’t eat more than the recommended portion size. Be careful with snacking, especially with sweets. And exercise: try for 15 minutes, four to five times a week to start off.
(Even if you’re watching TV you can exercise – you can do leg lifts, or lift hand weights etc).
    good luck!!
