    Drink LOTS of water…over 64 oz a day..and walk about 1/2 hour a day (or more)
    There is also cleansing teas that help move things along.

    I worked up to walking 4 miles a day, 2 in the morning and 2 after work and drank about 70oz of water a day and I lost 28 pounds in about 3 months time…and I felt great and had tons of energy.

    And I still ate what I wanted….but I rarely eat red meat…you may want to limit your res meat intake

    This is a diet that can NOT fail. Eat only raw fruits and vegetables and 1 chicken or fish fillet per day. Work out for 15-30 mins per day also and you will lose almost 1/2 pound per day..

    eat less burn more, thats the golden rule, it always works. it snot easy, but then nothing worth doing is easy.
    to help you on the way eat a healthy diet which means more fiber like fruits, use whole wheat bread, and yes drink lots and lots of water (not juices, or soft drinks, just water).
    always remember to set goals for your self, like you could set a goal that you want to loose a pound with in a week, and then stick to it.
    Do not expect this to happen over night, there are no short cuts (though there are some slimming diets available, but believe me they have very serious side effects. they may claim that there are non but thats not true)

    first of all diets don’t work…the first three letters of diet is die ….eat 2/3rd’s more vegetables salads….no process foods , no soft drinks or alcoholic only good quality water 15 minutes before or 2 hrs. afterwards….not during a meal…..good luck..PS exercise

    My friends at the gym always talk about what they do during the day. First if your body weight is 230 then the amount of water you need to drink in one day is 115 ounces. That is the most important thing. Water gets the waste out of your body. Eat a good amount of vegetables and lean protein. My doctor says that most people should get at least 30 minutes of exercising to change any metabolism. There are a lot of web sites out there with good info.

    Try the following : do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don’t over 60 minutes at a time.

    Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

    The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

    Don’t look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
