There’s no such thing as a quick weight loss. If you work out, you’re going to get heavier as muscle is heavier than fat, but that’s a good thing. Just pay less attention to the numbers and more attention to your health. Being healthy is so much more important that weight. Weight is just a number someone made up to make women feel like crap. Ignore it and be happy you are healthy.

wow. those were the worstest answers i’ve seen so far.
Do cardio/things that make you sweet 4 at least 20mins 5 days a week. Such as running, dancing, SWIMMING, playing soccer, and etc.

I’m a personal wellness coach, if you like I can recommend some product if you let me know what time frame were dealing with and how much you would like to lose etc.

Don’t get caught up on the quick part of it. It doesn’t happen overnight. The best way to lose fat is first eat right. Cut your carb intake increase protein intake. Protein helps burn fat. If you like to drink soda’s that is one of the biggest things you can cut out right there and drink more water. Everyone I know that quit drinking soda and started drinking more water dropped weight without even trying to. Next thing is exercising. Eating right will control how much fat goes in but exercising burns it off. Work Hard. Don’t be afraid to sweat. When it comes to weight loss you get back what you put into it. Join a gym if you can get someone to show you how to work out properly otherwise you might get discouraged easily. Things you can do on you own is walking at a fast pace, jogging, push-ups, crunches, flutter-kicks, cardio-aerobics. Also keep yourself motivated is important. Don’t let yourself give up. Make a goal and keep it.
